It&#39;s just his mouth..if you cover his mouth..he looks just like any other dog. He doesn&#39;t have a protruding snout.

I've actually seen a dog that had a man's face. It was about 25 years ago, a friend and I were riding through the city when we stopped by a small store for snacks. As we exited my car, the dog approached us and looked at both of us like he wanted to talk! His face was so human-like, we were both taken aback. It was a very upsetting experience, one that we still talk about sometimes and it's been over 20 years ago... We still wonder how that dog came to be like that....
